So, by now we all know what customer service is. Let's look into customer service structure. It may differ from team to team, but usually it has: - Executives
- Managers
- Team Leaders
- Agents
- Agents or Reps - receive and respond to customer queries
- Quality Analysts - document, evaluate agent-customer conversations (this role may also be an adjunct or supervisory position, depending on the organizational structure)
- Trainer - in charge of onboarding of new agents
